<br> to pass deed of share
At the time of partition, a deed of partition shall be prepared and kept as a witness, and the witness and the party shall be duly stamped on such document and the legal completion shall be passed by the relevant office.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), before the 27th Paush of the year 2034, a deed of bond has been drawn up between any of the parties, or if the property has been separated and taken in accordance with the partition, and the immovable property of their share has been canceled according to the bond. In case of separate enjoyment or sale, it will be considered to be a share even if the share is not deeded.
